Unanswered-enquiry list for small service shops
Forward emails, web-form messages and missed-call notes into one list that nudges you when a lead has gone 24 hours without a reply.
The problem
Small clinics and service businesses lose work when follow-ups depend on memory. An Indian dev-shop blog says people usually find out about missed follow-ups from an unhappy customer. A clinic-software vendor says manual scheduling, paper intake and overworked front desks lead to missed calls and frustrated patients. Owners cobble together inboxes, DMs and notebooks, and nothing shows what hasn't been answered.
Who has it: Owner-run trades, salons, studios and non-medical wellness practices that get enquiries through email, a website form and Instagram or WhatsApp DMs.
Who pays
The owner, because each unanswered quote request is lost revenue. · $9–19/month per business.
Charge a flat monthly fee after a 14-day trial. Find the first users by pitching local trades and salons directly with a before-and-after example of lost enquiries.

Build ReplyList, a lightweight enquiry tracker for small service businesses. Stack: Next.js, Supabase, Resend, Postmark inbound email webhook, Stripe subscriptions. Each business gets a unique inbound email address (e.g. name@in.replylist.app) and an embeddable HTML enquiry form. Incoming emails and form posts create an Enquiry (contact, message, source, received_at, status). Add a quick-add form for phone or DM enquiries. Statuses: New, Replied, Quoted, Won, Lost. The default view lists 'Waiting on me' sorted by oldest. A cron job emails the owner when any New enquiry is older than their configured threshold (default 24h) and sends a daily 8am digest. Include reply templates with variable fields and a copy button. Add a weekly stats email: enquiries received, median time to first reply, win rate. Mobile-first UI, with no multi-user features in the MVP.
What could go wrong
This overlaps with CRMs and missed-call text-back tools, so the product must stay far simpler than a CRM. The evidence is general vendor writing about missed follow-ups, not direct owner complaints.
